What's Included:

• Two prenatal appointments. The first is via Zoom and the second is in person. We will discuss labor, birth, postpartum, and newborn preferences. We will create your birth plan and go over your plan for comfort measures during labor. The first appointment will focus on overall planning and birth education, the second appointment will focus on comfort measures, breathing techniques, positions for labor, etc.
• A final check-in via Zoom at 36/37 weeks. We will go over the birth plan again and make any changes, if necessary.
• I will be available throughout your pregnancy via text or phone to answer any questions or concerns.
• I will be on call for you, 24/7, starting at 38 weeks and ending with the birth of your baby.
• I will join you during labor, either at your home or the hospital, and remain with you until your baby is born. Support is unlimited, meaning, there is no additional fee for long births involving extended in-person support.
• I will schedule a postpartum visit at your convenience. During this visit we will discuss your birth, how you are doing postpartum, and I will offer any assistance with breastfeeding, newborn, or postpartum care you need.
